Dean Millien — The Cats and the Rats Family Workshop
Videographer & PhotographerPromotional reel created for sculptor Dean Millien's family artmaking workshop at MoMA PS1, inspired by his aluminum foil installation The Cats and the Rats (2026), currently on view in Greater New York 2026. The workshop invited participants of all ages to create sculptural forms using aluminum foil and pipe cleaners, exploring gesture, pose, and relationships within shared urban spaces.
Produced through an ongoing working relationship with Millien developed over multiple studio visits, documenting his practice and creative process. Continuing work with Millien and collaborator James Fisher Smith on further video and photo documentation.
